Dumpster Days! The Association is participating in a Community Clean-Up Program. A dumpster will be delivered by noon on Monday, March 21, 2011, and will be picked up by 8:00 a.m., on Wednesday, March 23, 2011. There will be one container placed at the top of Walnut Ridge Drive in the circle area. Please join us and make Walnut Ridge a clean and healthy place to live.

Mosquito Spraying (updated) June 20, 2009
This spring and summer, Walnut Ridge will again be tested and sprayed for Mosquitoes. Chemically sensitive persons may be affected by the chemicals used during the spraying. At the direction of the Board of Education, the Anne Arundel County Traffic Division has changed the signs in Cul-De-Sac to read “NO PARKING.” This parking regulation will be strictly enforced by the Anne Arundel County Police. Those in violation could be ticketed and / or towed or both.

The Anne Arundel County Recycling Division is making it even easier to recycle 50% of your trash! You can now add the following items to your recycling container. à Plastic bags & shrink wrap (secure in plastic bag) à Plastic cups, plates, utensils à Plastic buckets à Storage totes à Plastic flower pots à Plastic furniture à Trash cans & old recycling containers à Plastic toys, pools & play sets à Aluminum foil & pans à Milk & juice cartons/boxes Are you recycling all of your Paper, Plastic, Metal, and Glass? Are you recycling the shampoo containers in the bathrooms? How about all your junk mail, newspapers, inserts, magazines and catalogs? Did you know that the Anne Arundel County Recycling Division accepts all types and sizes of cardboard boxes? Remember, you can put all your recycling in the same container and there is no limit to the amount of recycling you put out every week! ~~~~~~~~~~~~ **NOTICE** New Parking Regulations In The Cul-De-Sac September 29, 2008
The Walnut Ridge Board of Directors was informed that within the next few weeks, the Anne Arundel County Traffic Division will change the signs on Walnut Ridge Drive’s cul-de-sac to read “No Parking Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.” This parking regulation will be strictly enforced by the Anne Arundel County Police. Those in violation could be ticketed and / or towed or both. Please remember this “new” parking regulation in the future. The Board of Directors was also informed that vehicles are not permitted to park "head-in" in the cul-de-sac. Only parallel parking is permitted in the cul-de-sac. Also, homeowners are reminded that vehicles are not permitted to be parked within thirty feet of a Stop sign. Vehicles parked "head-in" in the cul-de-sac or vehicles which are parked less than thirty feet from a Stop sign may be ticketed and / or towed or both.
