Beginning January 1, 2010, the quarterly assessment will be $138.00.  Payments are due on the first of each quarter.  Any assessment received after the 15th of the month it is due will be considered late and a $15.00 late fee assessed.  The Association offers several forms of payment.

         If you would like to begin Direct Debit, please fill out the Authorization Agreement For Direct Debits (ACH Debits) form and mail to Walnut Ridge Community Association, c/o D.H.
